Date & time · printableNewPrintable habit tracker for a month
Print a habit tracker for a month or a whole quarter: up to 15 habits as rows, the days of the month as columns, weekends and holidays highlighted. Type the habits in beforehand or leave the rows blank to fill in by hand. A column on the right counts the total.

Frequently asked questions
The tracker sheet has fifteen rows, one per habit, and a box for each day of the month — from 28 columns in February to 31 in long months. If you enter fewer, the remaining rows stay numbered and blank. The mini tracker on the Month sheet takes the first ten habits.
Each row ends with an of N column, where N is the number of days in the month. Count the filled boxes and write the result, for example 22 of 30. Weekends and holidays are highlighted, so it is easy to see whether a habit holds on days off — that is usually where it slips.
Yes, the For 3 months option puts a quarter on one A4 landscape sheet: three months in a row starting from the chosen one, eight habits each. You can see the habit settle in from month to month. The New Year is handled: November, December and January fit on one sheet.
Ones you can tick off with one mark a day: eight glasses of water, morning exercise, twenty minutes of reading, no sugar, bed before 23:00, a walk, English practice. Vague goals like be healthy are better split into concrete actions — otherwise it is unclear when to mark the box.
Yes, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and moved day-off columns are tinted with the accent colour, with the first letter of the weekday above the date. With Save toner there is no fill and weekends get bold numbers instead. Holidays come from the Russian work calendar.
Yes, turn on Save toner: only thin lines and empty boxes remain, and the sheet prints well on a mono printer. You can still choose an accent colour — it only affects the weekend numbers. The format is A4 landscape, or A5 if you need a tracker for a diary.
