Frequently asked questions
A 2026/27 school year overview on one landscape sheet with twelve mini months and holiday bands; month sheets with tasks and notes; a teacher timetable for Monday to Saturday with eight lessons and class and room in each slot; a week sheet. The School year pack includes the overview, all months and the timetable.
By quarters, as recommended by the Ministry of Education: autumn 26 October – 3 November, winter 31 December – 10 January, spring 27 March – 4 April, summer from 27 May. By trimesters it is the typical five weeks of study and one week off: the dates are approximate, set by each school, and the sheet says so.
In the timetable choose the start of the first lesson, the lesson length — 40 or 45 minutes — the usual break and a long break: after which lesson and how long. Every lesson time is recalculated and printed in the Bells column, and a line at the bottom of the sheet states the rule so it is easy to check.
In a timetable slot type the class and room separated by a middle dot, for example 7B · 214. On the sheet the class is large and the room small on the right with a room label. The Same as Monday button copies a whole day if your week repeats.
Yes, the Holidays by quarters / trimesters switch changes the bands on the year overview and the month sheets. With trimesters the sheet header and footer say approximate: schools on trimesters set their own dates, so check them against your school’s order.
