Frequently asked questions
Four sheets: a lesson timetable from Monday to Saturday for eight lessons with bell times; homework for the week — six school days, subjects from the timetable, a line for the task and a done box; a month with school holidays; a habit tracker. Each prints on its own or in a pack.
Fill in the timetable first: the subjects of each day appear on the Homework sheet in the same order, each with a line for the task and a box to tick. If the timetable is empty, the sheet has blank lines for writing by hand. Choose the week in the Week list.
Yes. The Student set turns on the school holiday layer: on month sheets they run as a green band along the bottom of the days labelled Autumn break and so on. Quarters as recommended by the Ministry of Education are the default; for a trimester school switch the system — the dates are then marked approximate.
Yes, the Same as button copies the previous day entirely — handy when lessons repeat. Clear day and Clear all remove the subjects but keep the bell times. The Example button restores a sample timetable so you can see what a filled sheet looks like.
Simple daily ones: twenty minutes of reading, sport or exercise, English, bed before ten, packing the school bag the evening before. The habit tracker prints for a month with weekends highlighted and a total column on the right. Five habits is a good start, fifteen is about the limit.
The timetable prints on a landscape A4 sheet across the whole page with big lesson numbers. Choose A5 for a diary or folder, keep A4 for the wall. Save toner removes the header fills so the sheet becomes outlines only and prints well even on a black and white printer.
