About the calendar
Most printable calendars are fixed pictures: you cannot add your own dates, choose the week start or switch to black and white. Here every sheet is built in your browser from real calendar data, with your birthdays, vacations and deadlines on top. The result is a vector PDF, so the text stays sharp even on an old printer, and the file is small enough to email.

Frequently asked questions
Download the PDF and print it at 100 % — “Actual size” or “No scaling” in the print dialog. The sheet has 10 mm margins, which fits most home printers. If your printer still cuts the edges, choose “Fit to page”: the calendar shrinks slightly but stays whole. The Print button on the page prints the same sheets straight from your browser.
Paste one date per line in “My dates”: “12.03 Mom's birthday” repeats every year, “2027-10-21 Report” happens once, and “15.06–28.06 Vacation” is a period. Lines with mistakes are highlighted and stay in the field, the rest are added. On the sheet a date gets a coloured dot and a period a coloured bar; you can pick a colour and a day fill.
Yes. Switch “Week starts” to Sunday and every month is redrawn, so some months gain or lose a row: October 2027 has five rows from Monday and six from Sunday. ISO week numbers are hidden in that mode, because an ISO week always starts on Monday. The setting applies to every sheet, including the yearly and quarterly ones.
Russian public holidays and official day-off transfers are available as an option and are taken from the same data as our Russian work calendar. They are off by default on the English pages, so you get a clean calendar with weekends marked. Holidays of other countries are not included — add the ones you need as your own dates.
No. The calendar is built in your browser, and your dates and captions are stored only there. They get into a shared link only if you tick “Include my dates in the link” yourself — then anyone with the link can see them. Without the tick, the link carries only the template and the settings, such as paper size and week start.
