Frequently asked questions
No later than two weeks before the new year, that is by 17 December 2026, under Article 123 of the Russian Labour Code. If the organisation has an elected trade union body, its opinion is taken into account, and the header of form T-7 has a line for it. Employees' requests are easier to collect in November.
Add employees one by one or as a list pasted from Excel, then mark leave parts on the year timeline — public holidays inside are not deducted. Set how many people may be away at once and the days over the limit are highlighted. Employees can plan their own leave and send a link that drops into the schedule. Then download form T-7.
Enter the hire date on the employee card. Under Article 122 of the Russian Labour Code, first-year leave is due after six months of continuous work. If a part falls earlier, the schedule warns you and writes the date from which the right starts into the remarks column of form T-7: earlier leave is possible only by agreement.
Yes: the Russian unified form T-7 in Excel, a PDF for printing and a CSV for 1C or your own tables. Each leave part is a separate row with the name repeated, and column 5 holds the days without public holidays, that is, what will be deducted. Fill in the organisation details, union note and approver once — they go into the header.
With a signed notice no later than two weeks before the leave starts, under Article 123 of the Russian Labour Code. The notice dates button exports a calendar reminder for every leave part. If the fourteenth day before the start is a weekend or public holiday, the reminder moves to the previous working day of the Russian work calendar.
Nowhere. The schedule is calculated in your browser; names and leave dates are not sent to a server and never enter the page address. To come back to the schedule a week later or pass it to a manager, save the schedule file and open it later. The draft is kept in this browser, and we do not make links with names.
