Date & time · personal countdownDays until your birthday
How many days until your birthday — enter the day and month and the counter shows days, hours and minutes, the weekday and the age you will turn. The date never leaves your browser.
Enter your birth day and month in the field above the counter and it shows how many days, hours and minutes are left until the next birthday. Add the year to see the age you will turn. The date is kept only in the page address after the # sign and, if you tick “Remember”, in your browser — it is never sent to the server.
The counter at the top of the page shows the days, hours and minutes left until your birthday and updates every second by your device’s clock. On the day itself it shows “Today”, and from the next day it counts down to the following year. Nothing needs entering: the date follows the rule.
Under the counter is the full date of the next birthday with the weekday — for example, “Sunday, 23 May 2027”. That tells you at once whether the celebration falls on a weekend. On the birthday itself the page congratulates you, and from the next day it counts to the following year.
In a non-leap year there is no 29 February, so by default the counter runs to 28 February and says that this year has no 29 February. If you celebrate on 1 March, switch the option under the field and the counter recalculates. In a leap year it counts to 29 February itself.
Nowhere. The date lives in the page address after the # sign — that part is never sent to the server — and, if you tick “Remember on this device”, in your browser’s storage. Site statistics only record that the calculator was used, without the date itself.
“Share” copies a link with the date after the # sign, which opens the same countdown. “Add to your site” opens the widget builder with this date and a “Birthday” caption, and “Add to calendar” downloads an .ics file with a yearly event for your phone or email calendar.
